Bull noseGowtham Enterprises offers a choice of 3-layered Plain Particle Boards and Medium Density Fibre Boards as base substrate. These are provided with Edge banded laminates on the sides to render the product an even and smooth finish.
The term 'post forming' is used to describe the bending process with special machinery applied to specially developed grades of laminate, whilst possessing all the well known properties of standard grade high pressure laminates. It can also be formed into simple cylindrical curves of concave or convex nature.
The Post Forming comprises the transformation of a post forming grade high-pressure laminate bonded on MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). The main feature of this panel results in lengthwise curve in its sides. It can then be used for tabletops, counters, kitchen tops, cabinet doors, shutters, etc.
Our unique post forming laminate is easy and efficient to use. Post forming allows gentle edges on desk, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and all other furniture, both freestanding and built-in. It is also ideal for custom installation in retail, offices, institutions and residential settings to create harmonic, organic and or seamless designs.
